Mr. Muhammad Murad Memon has been a part of Isra University since 2011, beginning his journey as Deputy Director of the Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE). Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in university governance, accreditation processes, and quality assurance frameworks. He currently serves as the Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at the Office of Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE), where he ensures institutional compliance and promotes academic excellence across all campuses.
His professional journey at Isra University has been marked by continuous growth and meaningful contributions. He has actively participated in strategic management, policy development, accreditation compliance, institutional performance evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. He has led self-assessment processes, regulatory reporting, training workshops, and policy formulation, playing a key role in enhancing the university’s academic and operational standards. In addition to his responsibilities in IQAE, he has also served as Additional Registrar, where he managed statutory body meetings and oversaw university regulations.
He holds an MBA in Finance from NUML and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), further supported by certifications in Project Management, Internal Auditing, and Faculty Development.
Under his leadership, Isra University’s IQAE remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of academic quality. He encourages faculty, staff, and students to actively engage with IQAE initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. He strongly believes that Isra University stands as a beacon of excellence, transforming lives through its unwavering commitment to quality education and professional development.
