Mr. Abdullah Mangi serves as an Associate at the Office of Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE) at Isra University. He supports quality assurance operations, assists in administering teacher and course evaluations through Moodle, and coordinates institutional data and reporting processes.
He contributes to the documentation of CIEC Forms M1 & M3 (2025) and serves as the Alternate Focal Person for HES (Higher Education Statistics) Data and the Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR) with the Higher Education Commission. In collaboration with the University’s I.T. Department, he also contributed to the development of the IUQR (Isra University Qualification Register) E-Portal to strengthen data management and alignment.
Mr. Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has professional expertise in clinical assessment, counseling, behavioral analysis, and psychology teaching. His background enables him to integrate psychological insight with institutional quality systems, contributing to continuous improvement and academic excellence.
