Engr. Zikra Laghari – Assistant Director Regulatory Affairs
Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE) – Isra University, Hyderabad.
Engr.Zikra Laghari is currently serving as an Assistant Director Regulatory Affairs in the Institutional Quality Assessment & Effectiveness (IQAE) department at ISRA University, Hyderabad. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a specialization in Networking from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, earned in 2021.
She brings a broad spectrum of experience from both Academic and Development sectors. She has served as a Master Trainer in Wireless Communication under the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board and working remotely as a Data Analyst for international clients.
Ms. Laghari worked as an MIS Data Analyst with the Sukaar Foundation on a collaborative project with Concern Worldwide, where she was responsible for managing information systems and supporting data-driven decision-making in the sectors of health, livelihoods, and community resilience. She also served as a MEAL Officer with an international NGO, focusing on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) to strengthen program impact and reporting in similar development areas.
At ISRA University, Ms. Laghari plays a key role in the formulation and documentation of institutional regulations and policies. Her work supports regulatory compliance, aligns academic practices with national and professional standards, and contributes to strengthening academic governance and institutional quality.
