Abdul Jabbar Kazi – Assistant Director
Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE) – Isra University, Hyderabad.
Mr. Abdul Jabbar Kazi has been an integral part of the Office of Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE) at Isra University, Hyderabad, since December 15, 2011, and currently serves as Assistant Director, IQAE. With over 14 years of dedicated service, he has consistently demonstrated honesty, dignity, efficiency, and accuracy in contributing to the institution’s quality assurance and academic excellence.
He assists the Director and Deputy Director in a wide range of IQAE-related functions, including the management of teacher and course evaluations through the Moodle platform. As the focal person for HES Data, he handles statistical reporting for the Higher Education Commission (HEC), which encompasses student enrollment, faculty records, and institutional resources.
Mr. Kazi has played a central role in the preparation of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) for HEC by coordinating program and assessment teams, organizing review visits, compiling comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with institutional performance evaluation standards and PGPR. He also oversees the IQAE Scorecard, manages the Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR) on the HEC e-portal, and facilitates requirements of the Charter Inspection & Evaluation Committee (CIEC) through meticulous, evidence-based documentation.
His responsibilities extend to coordinating with various departments and campuses, handling assignments from internal and external bodies such as COMSATS, PAMI, and the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, and maintaining critical institutional records related to student enrollments, academic programs, and scholarships.
